The Finnish-born, Amsterdam-raised Philip Lardot is a natural wine wunderkind in the Mosel region of Germany. ‘Kontakt’ is his white blend - equal parts riesling and müller-thurgau. It showcases Lardot’s electric style, with a bit of skin contact amplifying the aromatics and adding richness.
Tastes like: Honeydew, orange zest, coconut, chives.
How to drink: By itself to quench your thirst, or with pad thai.
