This chenin blanc is ripe, full, and a bit honeyed, in the wheelhouse of anyone who’s into Vouvray. Rather than Vouvray, however, it comes from the northern edges of the Loire Valley, where Eric Nicolas and his wife, Christine, biodynamically farm old vines.
