This crisp white comes from vines growing amongst wild gardens overlooking the harbor in the Spanish town of Sanxenxo. Perhaps unsurprisingly given its proximity to the ocean, it showcases all the bright saltiness that makes albariño so appealing. Meanwhile, Adega dos Eidos’ use of old vines and extended aging adds texture and depth rarely found in the grape variety.
Tastes like: Nectarine, lime zest, chamomile, sea salt.
How to drink: Cold on its own, or with pretty much anything from the ocean.
