Savart only makes a couple thousand cases of Champagne each year, and of the bit that finds its way to the states, most of it ends up in high-end restaurants or even higher-end private cellars before it hits the market. That’s a shame because not only are these nuanced, clean, handmade wines very tasty, they also offer remarkable value.
This miniscule-production, vintage bottling is only available in magnum.
