Next door in Lombardy, Nino Negri has been fine-tuning its nebbiolo from cool, alpine vineyards for more than a half-century. Its wine from the high-quality area of Inferno is fresh, spicy, and intensely aromatic.

Tastes like: Wild cherry, mushroom, white pepper.
How to drink: Decant for 30 minutes. Drink with pizza, charcuterie, or truffle risotto.
